Note: If you are unable to fulfill your appointment and need to cancel, do so within 30 days and we will keep your deposit. Within 7 days, we will keep the deposit and charge 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 24hrs full payment of the services requested will be required.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit required to hold date, time and therapist. (Varies depending on amount of services requested)
On the day of service remaining balance, minus the deposit, is due. We accept Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and Square(for credit card payment)
When multiple therapists are used each therapist will be paid directly for the services they provide, unless payment arrangements are made during the booking process.
Groups with 6 or more people a 20% gratuity will automatically be added.
